这本书的作者是中国人民大学哲学院教授朱锐。他在癌症晚期临终前十天里，与记者对谈口述了这本书，讲述死亡和生命的意义。
本期让我们一起聊聊这本书，我不想聊向死而生，也不鼓吹死亡焦虑，而是从哲学视角辩证地理解死亡本身，坦然地去思考、去感受这个我们终将面对的终局。书里有一句话，也是这期播客的意义：“我们谈论死亡，是为了更好地活。”
