Hugo 彭昱融，曾是《天下雜誌》、《上下游》的記者，用文字記錄農業與土地。但在幾年前，他卻和來自美國、日本、香港的夥伴，一起創立琴酒品牌 Ken Kon Itteki Spirits。Ken Kon Itteki 在日文裡是「乾坤一擲」的意思，他們試圖用風味作為一種國際語言，訴說臺灣的風土故事。
