  • Reiner rhymes with “whiner”

Terrific concept for a podcast, with a genial host who clearly loves movies and has a great rapport with his guests. It’s always intriguing to see a fresh perspective on some of my favorite flicks. The pod would get five stars if Pete did a bit more research: factual errors, half-correct titles or names, and mispronunciations tend to creep in regularly. And yes, as my review title suggests, the mispronunciation of Rob Reiner’s name diminished the otherwise wonderful Stand By Me episode.
