2025是非常精彩的一年，上半年經歷了很多、體驗了很多不同的感受和過程，最近有種兜兜轉轉還是回歸到要來面對自己的真心渴望。
我和安仔其實都碰到了知道自己真心想要什麼、知道自己得跨出去了、要開創了、要走自己的路了，但碰到了恐懼。我們花了一些時間整合沉澱，最近感覺又迎來了啟動的能量，所以透過再次錄製Podcast，作為陪伴自己往前走的第一步吧！

以往會覺得做一件事情一定要有目的、意義或是要有一些成績，但最近漸漸有不一樣的感受。
你是為什麼會想做一件事呢？
或許是因為開心、因為喜歡，或者根本沒有原因，就只是想做就做了。
至於我為什麼會想做podcast，大概就是因為喜歡一個人嗶嗶嗶地說個不停吧🤣而且嗶嗶嗶會讓我超快樂的哈哈哈

今天這集是第一次嘗試一個人錄音～～
錄音前完全不知道要說什麼，開始之後就很自然的有了這集的內容，隔天和老師聊天的時候，再次回顧自己掉到我執大爆發時期的舉動，看見自己的脾氣真的有夠大，非常的大牌和傲慢，在傷害自己的同時，也傷害了身邊的人，我內在是知道我已經得到很多也被很多人愛著的，但當我執著於匱乏的時候，我不只不知感恩，還會同時累積很多的內疚。
面對內疚，需要向對方好好地懺悔，請求原諒，也要練習寬恕自己。因為如果一直帶著內疚生活，我們不只會繼續推開所有人，也不會允許自己被愛。

光是看標題就可以明白為何與上一集竟然隔了快一個月之久🤣
錄這一期之前很抗拒，錄製當天還有各種狀況，原本以為錄完就沒事，沒想到就一直放著拖了兩個禮拜，才開始決定面對。
記得錄的那天我和安仔還在聊到底這期要說的是什麼主題，我們竟然可以這麼抗拒，沒想到抽到的題目是「錄製podcast後的感受和小故事」以及「關於聊天」，當下真是無法理解到底有什麼好抗拒的（內心以為或許是要扒開自己內在的什麼所以很抗拒XD）
結束後，安仔說或許這是老天要帶給我們的禮物。認真感受了一下，發現確實如此。 more
