什么样的人可以在安宁疗护病房里做志愿者 10 年？他们身上有什么特别之处？10 年？怎么做到的？一分钱没有，还特别积极地干了 10 年？事实上，即使是站在一个年轻志愿者的角度，我对这些前辈老师们也同样充满好奇。因为我知道做安宁疗护志愿者没有想象中那么艰难，但也没那么容易。
