我倒觉得其实不见得，到底是跟自己比还是跟别人比，要看比什么怎么比吧。
人向内看，和自己比，当然有好处，确实没那么多压力，也会感觉比较专注一些。
之前在奥园跑步，看着别人不断的跑过自己，心里就会很着急，越着急越想追，跑起来真的就很累，几次下来，感觉都不喜欢跑步了。
