今回は、企業の重要課題である「賞与」について深堀していきます。
賞与は業績に応じて柔軟に支給でき、従業員のモチベーション向上に直結するメリットがあります。しかし、安易な支給はトラブルの元です。
社会保険料は月額給与とは別で計算され、所得税率が高くなるリスクもあります。特に注意すべきは役員への賞与です。事前に「事前確定届出給与」の届出をしないと経費として認められないため、思いつきで支給するのは厳禁です。
支給を検討する際は、必ず計画を立て、税理士に相談し、適切な準備を進めていきましょう。

10月1日から最低賃金が改定され、ついに全国平均1,121円となりました。長年900円台だった都道府県もついに全て1,000円を超え、時給700円〜800円の時代は完全に終わりを告げました。
しかし、時給だけでなく、月給や日給で雇用している場合も、必ず時給換算して最低賃金を下回っていないかを確認しなければ、法律違反となります。違反を避けるためにも、全従業員の給与を見直す良い機会として捉え、地域ごとの特性を考慮して対応を進めましょう。
