「憲法奕修你」回來囉！憲法法庭暫時沒有新的判決，因此奕弘跟宇修，決定來跟大家追蹤那些在憲法判決過後，後續已完成修法、或是尋求救濟完畢的原因案件。
這集討論了三個案件，分別是：幽靈人口案、侮辱公務員罪及侮辱職務罪案、消防員考試身高限制案。

日前，「一起讀判決」粉絲專頁分享了一起涉及 「禁止轉掛派遣工」 的訴訟案件，該案由派遣勞工對臺北地檢署提起訴訟，並在一審勝訴。此外，這也是全台首例適用《勞基法》第 17-1 條的判決，引發廣泛關注。
這起案件的迴響十分熱烈，顯然公務機關濫用勞動派遣的狀況，確實讓許多人感同身受。

遺贈稅法第15條規定，被繼承人在死前兩年內贈與給配偶的財產，會被視為遺產來課稅，元配利用這招反擊先生外遇所生下的女兒，使得這名非婚生子女，雖然繼承1500萬的遺產，但必須付出5700萬的遺產稅。
另外一個案件則是，被繼承人生前兩年贈與給配偶的財產，必須加計入被繼承人的遺產總額，而沒有遺贈稅法第17-1條的適用，導致繼承人必須繳納更多的遺產稅，這是否有公平性的問題?
