マインドフルネスの超初心者です。少し前に意味を知りたいと思い、「マインドフルネス✖️禅」を購入し、読んでいる最中です。本だけではわかりにくいところも、講和だとよくわかります。
今は瞑想も本を参考に、我流でやっているだけなのですが、体調が良くなってきたのには驚いています。背中の痛みが消えました。とは言いましても、我流ですので間違っているかもしれません。落ち着いたら先生の瞑想会にも伺おうと思っています。よろしくお願いします。

スタジオ録音では無いから仕方ないが、録音状態が悪く細かい雑音が入っていて聴きづらい。話の内容自体も人を惹きつける話し方では無く、滑舌も悪いし聞き取りづらい。
気取っているのか分からないが、前置きがダラダラとやたら長くて何が言いたいのかが分からない。
話したい内容を練って凝縮しないと人の心には届かないと思う。
