This podcast is the greatest part of my week. I just started therapy for PTSD and this show has been my only real place to think about my mental health in a positive way since my trauma. I am not in Austin but I am listening.
I wasn’t happy until I heard this podcast and now i am extremely happy all the time.
Informative, Funny & Entertaining. I want these three things in my podcasts and this one has them all! Katie and Lane have great tales and facts on mental health and always leave me wanting more. Ten stars!
just kidding it didn't but it is cathartic to listen to. love katie and lane's energy. comedy with heart and vulnerability! like hanging out with friends and cutting through the bs
In the past I’ve felt like I didn’t need to educate myself on the array of mental health because I decided "oh I'm fine and decently adjusted". But this podcast has made me realize what angles I might be struggling with, myself, but not addressing. AND it has taught me to empathize more with others around me. All of that on top of being very positive and funny. So well produced and always leaving me wanting more!
