This is one of the best deep dive political podcasts, almost like what John Oliver does on HBO. Mackenzie and Brooke do an excellent job of breaking down what is going on in politics. Mackenzie provides the legal basis for their analysis and Brooke translates it for us non-lawyers. I always come back knowing more. Their AIDS episode should be your first listen!

Also, I just take a moment to fawn over the title specifically? “Exceedingly persuasive” (ie the SCOTUS scrutiny standard for gender discriminatory laws) WITH the double XX for the female chromosome?? *chefs kiss* Incredible.
