自從七、八個月前聽完「心理自療」、「心理復原力」這兩集漸漸變好後。結果2023年又因工作壓力暴增開始變一路下坡直到上週開始變上坡，沒想到這幾天直接挖到寶，聽到「什麼是有毒的關係?」這集，讓我的上坡衝超快。
雖然是講人與人的關係，但我全部代換成工作，也是貼切到不行。
最後講到的，面對有毒的關係可以怎麼做? 那四點太厲害了，消除了很多憤怒、不甘心、委屈的情緒。四點做法，雖然無法扭轉有毒關係，但讓我知道如何面對、如何解毒，甚至這個毒可能不再只是毒，而是對我有幫助的毒，那種豁然感有點難以言喻。真的很感謝心怡心理師所帶來的知識及療癒。
最後想偷偷許願一下，希望未來能有職場、工作相關的podcast主題。
