焦慮型依附的人，在等待中腦海會跑出十萬個為什麼：
「他是不是不在意我？」
「是不是又要離開了？」
而逃避型的人，只想安靜、喘口氣；
他不是不在乎，只是不知道怎麼在壓力中維持距離。
於是，一個想靠近，一個想抽離，
愛的距離就在拉扯中越來越遠。

有時候你只是想好好說一句話，卻要先在腦裡演練十次；
你只是想回一個笑容，卻怕太突然、怕被看穿、怕對方誤會。
母胎單身並不代表缺乏魅力，
很多時候，心早就習慣把渴望藏起來，
習慣在有人接近時先退一步，
習慣假裝不在意，好讓自己有地方躲。
你明明很期待戀愛，可是一旦情緒湧上來，腦袋就開始冒出那些熟悉的聲音：
