工人參與工作、跟僱主打工簽約後，在工作裏面有個本分，應該要認真工作，而不是一定要有上司盯着才肯好好做。「工人應認真、稱職和勤奮地完成他們的工作」。否則，例如「蛇王」偷懶、老闆在場便做多一點、不在場便做少一點，這其實就是一種偷竊，變相欺騙了老闆。
勞資雙方在剛開始上班時或許相安無事，但日子久了難免會遇到生活轉變，例如家庭狀況不太理想，或者老闆需要修改合約條款，這時大家應「設法以對話來解決可能有的糾紛」，進行談判。大家心裡... more

企業負責人、老闆做生意，賺錢當然是他的目的與責任。為什麼呢？因為如果你不賺錢，投資就無法收回，必須靠利潤來保障投資，讓企業公司得以繼續經營、有前途，工人才能夠持續就業，產品也能穩定供應，這些都是他必須做到的。不過，責任絕對不能停留在「只顧利潤的增加」這個層面上。
