她曾經喜歡跳舞，卻在出社會、成家有孩子後，慢慢把運動從生活中放下。
直到某一天，看著父母老去的狀態，她突然意識到——

於是，50 幾歲那年，彭姐走進了重量訓練的世界。

從年初的 Project H 跨界合作、團練與訓練營，到 101 垂直登高、世壯運拔河金牌、大力士比賽，再到年末的越野賽事與聖誕老人硬舉，每一個月都有不同的挑戰，也留下了不同形式的累積。
