疑案辦的有聲無影
重大歷史懸疑案件調查辦公室本辦簡稱疑案辦，是台灣第一家致力於紀錄社會歷史懸疑案件的內容型Icon，也積極改編海內外的懸案，如公視電視電影《疑霧公堂》、台語律政電視劇《無罪推定》、小說《血色芙蓉》、《魚眼》、《腥紅速寫》等作品，都是利用本辦蒐集彙整分析後的資料改編而成。 2024年我們啟動全台語懸案說書系列節目《疑案之聲：少年郎的懸疑講古電台》受文化部國家語言整體方案獎勵補助，推動網路節目台語主流化。懸疑講古電台系列邀集來自各領域的台語文使用者，與主持人唐墨一起用台語暢聊台灣歷史上的重大案件。本節目採季度製作，目前推出第一季。 我們也將推出《重案回顧》、《疑案辦選書》等系列節目，敬請期待。 本辦還有另個系列節目，由本辦主編唐墨投入現場站立喜劇（Stand up）的演出，找來台灣喜劇演員一起用詼諧、黑色幽默的方式，繼續用這些案件來記錄台灣。 本系列沒有尺度上下限的問題，為了顧全喜劇表演形式，會有一些背德哏、地獄... more

台灣於 2020 年 5 月 29 日經大法官釋字第 791 號解釋宣告《刑法》第 239 條通姦罪違憲，即日起失效，正式走入歷史。社會上對於通姦除罪後仍有不同的聲音以及擔憂是否司法無法在守護「婚姻價值」等聲浪。
然而，通姦除罪化只是讓外遇不再有刑事犯罪責任，但仍屬違背婚姻忠誠的民事侵權行為，受害配偶仍可依《民法》第184條、第195條提告侵害配偶權，主張第三者介入婚姻破壞忠誠義務。
而部分法界人士對於「侵害配偶權」中的所謂的「配偶權」則有不同的看法。
