民國91年發生在台中豐原的「十三姨KTV槍擊案」，一名警察在執行勤務時被射殺身亡。一開始在沒有嚴謹完整的偵查以及鑑識採證之下，警方就做出「合理」的推論，抓到開槍打死警方的兇手。但多年後，一個個不合理的問題浮上檯面，才發現，這起案件無論是偵查的程序或是證據的檢視，都有重大的瑕疵。
