聽了三年podcast沒有留過評論的我，想了一陣子還是決定來留言。第一次就獻給你了。中文可能沒有很好，因為小學以後就沒有讀過中文了。雖然說國情不同，所以法規不同，不過還是想要說說我的看法。當然是以我在美國執業的角度。
聽完 410跟410集之後很有感觸，因為我是美國臨床社工師(clinical social worker)也是所謂的心理諮詢師(psychotherapist)。我的工作是急重症的個案（必須要在未來24小時內可能自殺或者他殺你才會見到我）。我可是曾經在醫院被人拿電鋸追著跑，開著撞，還有差點被女病患強吻（我是男的）的呢呵呵呵…
其實病人要裝病其實也沒有到很簡單，的確我們有DSM當一個標準，不過並不是只有打勾就會給診斷，還必須加上我們的臨床判斷跟一些觀察。要不然大家一人發一本DSM就不需要我們了哈哈。
而且也不是每一個精神疾病都要住院或者妖魔化。我常常跟我病人說，如果你早上睡醒不會因為鼻塞而自責或者自己快不行了，那也不要因為早上睡醒突然間覺得憂鬱或焦慮而感到自己快瘋了。正常化精神疾病是一條很長的路。
