  • Very poor choice of guests

Anthony has repeatedly invited Marko Papic, a “geopolitical strategist” to the program. He allowed this incompetent, overconfident charlatan to rant about topics that he knows little about.

The recent podcast was particularly obnoxious. Papic ranted about the Russia-Ukraine war even though he was wildly wrong about the conflict, including that Russia would invade in the first place. Where is the research and fact-checking? Anthony completed failed.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

"World of Chaos" as Financial System Buckles | Lyn Alden
Q: Do you see the US and Europe moving toward more state-led industrial policy similar to China, and how might that shape markets?
There is a trend toward more industrial policy and state-backed investment, especially in strategic sectors like semiconductors and energy, but Western systems may not replicate China's exact model; markets will adapt to a mix of private sector efficiency and policy support.
"World of Chaos" as Financial System Buckles | Lyn Alden
Q: So maybe you can go a little bit further into how this gradual print differs from QE and from the 2020 QE, and how you're seeing that flow to the economy?
QE is a subset of money printing focused on longer-duration assets; the current approach is more gradual balance sheet expansion concentrated on shorter durations, acting as a backbone for ongoing lending while not fully qualifying as traditional QE.
The Powerful Elites Driving Hyperinflation, Gold Sounding the Alarm | Dr Mark Thornton
Q: Where are you currently viewing what we're seeing in the economy and markets, and how do you interpret these times?
Dr. Thornton explains that we're in unprecedented times driven by runaway government spending and central-bank policies that inflate the money supply, creating a long boom and misallocations, especially in asset prices, while the working class bears the cost through higher inflation.
The Charts Are Screaming | Francis Hunt on Gold, Silver & the Bond Crisis
Q: What is Francis's takeaway for listeners?
Francis emphasizes that we are in a debt-fueled, fiat regime where hard assets like gold and silver are increasingly attractive as hedges, and he urges building wealth and optionality outside traditional Western financial systems as a defensive strategy.
Iran's Grand Strategy - How They Forced US Recalculation with Vali Nasr
Q: What is one takeaway you want listeners to leave with from this conversation?
He urges avoiding binary good-vs-bad world-order thinking and suggests that understanding Iran's nuanced and adaptive strategy is essential to comprehending the shifting balance of power in the region.
