Another brilliant episode.
I find myself looking forward to these new podcasts every Tuesday morning.
I can relate so much to these episodes and love the way you relay these messages to the world from your own life experiences and knowledge. Aston and Adam you’re doing a fantastic job putting this out there for the world.
Keep up the great work and thanks so much.
What I love about these podcasts is that I often don’t fully understand how I’m feeling and then I listen to one of the podcasts and I’m like wow, they know what’s going on in my head better than I do, and they don’t even know me.
The podcasts also help me have difficult conversations with my husband. We often listen to the podcast first (which lands better with my husband) and then we are able to have a constructive conversation without defensiveness.
Easily the most helpful podcast I have come across on this theme. I’ve listened to one episode especially many times, which is really helped me. Thank you so much for your help and keep up the great work 👍🏻
Wow, this particular episode was my light bulb moment. It’s helped me answer so many unanswered questions about my own feelings & struggles! THANK YOU
I'm absolutely loving Aston and Adam's podcast!
