It's all about the ingredients. Since this recipe has three or four ingredients, you have to look for the best ones you can find.

One of the most important things for me is pasta, because pasta is my religion, and a traditional pasta dish from Abruzzo is chitarina with polpettina, which are small meatballs with tomato sauce.
