  • Refreshing, Inspiring, and Real

I truly love this podcast. I stepped away from the industry a while back to focus on being a mom, but I still crave creativity. Listening has reignited that spark and encouraged me to create again purely for the love and curiosity of dance and movement. Every episode is so refreshing—I learn something new each time, and I love the real, raw conversations that are shared. It’s exactly the kind of inspiration I’ve been needing.

  • So Funky!

I grew up with the Wilsons at MLDA and looked up to Dana so much. She was my Nina (listeners will understand the reference). It’s been such a joy to see Dana’s career blossom. Listening to the podcast transports me back to our studio days. Dana is the same creative, hilarious, thoughtful, and funky person she was then. I love hearing her stories and perspective. All my best, Karen

P.S. I would love to see Michelle on the pod :)
