    I've binged listened to this podcast. Such valuable insightful information. Both evidence based and more importantly the wisdom you acquired through menopause, which has been forgotten as there is so much pressured information about being broken during menopause. It's such a gift to all woman that can't necessarily afford to see these great menopause specialists.
