在這充滿孝思的農曆七月，讓我們虔誠恭誦《佛說盂蘭盆經》，願這份功德，迴向已故的父母、親人，乃至一切眾生，願他們皆能離苦得樂，得生西方淨土。

報父母恩咒：南無 密栗多 哆婆曳 娑訶
佛陀說：「以堆積如須彌山高的財寶來布施，所獲得的福報不如誠心孝順供養父母所獲之福」。
父母含辛茹苦，無怨無悔撫養我們。然而，歲月無聲，當孩子逐漸茁壯，爸媽卻在時光流轉中日漸消瘦。即使到了燈枯油盡之時，心中仍惦記著兒女。今我們以至誠感恩心，持誦「報父母恩咒」108遍，將這份孝心迴向：願在世父母健康長壽，發大菩提心；願已故父母離苦得樂，往生淨土。孝順不待來日，把握當下，讓這份深恩得以回報，願愛綿延不息。

第2章 斷欲絕求
佛言：出家沙門者，斷欲去愛，識自心源，達佛深理，悟無為法。
內無所得，外無所求。心不繫道，亦不結業。無念無作，非修非證。
不歷諸位，而自崇最，名之為道。
佛陀說：「內無所得，外無所求」，真正的安定來自「斷欲絕求」。但如何做到？第18集以「知真本有，達妄本空」為核心，當我們明白真心本具足，煩惱不過是虛幻泡影，一切煩憂都將迎刃而解。這時，若您希望放下執著，找回內在的寧靜與智慧，這一集，將帶您走向解脫自在之道。
