對香港流行樂的印象，你是從哪個時期、哪首歌開始？
馬芳說自己接觸香港流行樂是自己小學時，從七十、八十年代的《追趕跑跳碰》、《天才與白痴》及後來的《楚留香》等港片的電影歌曲開始，而長大之後開始關注香港的獨立音樂與樂團，包括單立文、泰迪羅賓，之後的達明一派、My Little Airport、黃衍仁、雞蛋蒸肉餅、觸執毛等等。馬芳指出香港玩獨立音樂的這些人，他們更有一種時代先鋒感，能讓他感覺到某種潮感，一種站在時代風頭浪尖的潮。 more
「表演場館要找到與城市的連結，表演藝術才能走到民眾的生活裡。」
在香港從事藝術管理工作多年的黃國威，2021年年中決定來台發展，出任「衛武營國家藝術文化中心」營運副總監，到任時發現衛武營有很開放的場域，很多民眾都會在場館週邊晨運散步，因此開始思考怎麼去利用不同的公共空間，提供服務給他們，讓這些人可以看到場館內的展演活動。
