Dragonforged: Sword of the Champions with Eric Lide
Q: What made you want to write a story that explores the nuance of good versus evil?
It happened organically; I originally had a straightforward good vs evil narrative, but by developing the characters, I wanted to show that fiends are not solely evil.
Dragonforged: Sword of the Champions with Eric Lide
Q: Did you find yourself approaching this series differently than you have for other projects?
Yes, this is my first graphic novel, and I had to write the entire story before starting the illustrations, which was a big shift from my usual process.
Dragonforged: Sword of the Champions with Eric Lide
Q: When did the idea for this book come to your head and what influences did you incorporate while writing?
The idea originated during the pandemic lockdowns, inspired by the RPG video games like Final Fantasy and Zelda that I grew up with.
Dragonforged: Sword of the Champions with Eric Lide
Q: Can you briefly tell our audience what Dragonforged, Sword of the Champions is about?
It's about a young boy who discovers he is the legendary champion, a reincarnation of a great hero, and must face off against an evil Fiend Lord.
Amari and the Despicable Wonders Ch 7-9: The Solulu to the Delulu
Q: How are they going to get the Uber?
