Great episodes on color! Going through Vogue on a color treasure hunt, to note how designers are using trend colors and flex colors. Looking at a model with sienna toned skin and a sienna trench, holding a camel bag that pops right out from the sienna. Love info that lets the left brain understand what the right brain senses. Thank you MM!
After wearing uniforms or lab coats for 38 years as a hospital pharmacist, I’ve never learned how to dress. I found Mary Michelle and her podcasts are helping so much with learning what are the best colors for me, what colors to put together and what my best colors are now that my hair is gray instead of brown. I am so thrilled with what I am learning that I’ve signed up for the color confidence classes I look forward to having a capsule wardrobe that I can mix and match and always look good.

A show focused on helping midlife women reclaim visibility through style, self-expression, and personal empowerment. Episodes emphasize identity, nervous system healing, self-image reinvention, and embodied fashion, with practical guidance for dressing with confidence, embracing age with grace, and resisting outdated beauty norms. The host brings a coaching lens and personal storytelling to explore how style can serve as a vehicle for self-respect, presence, and authentic living. Noteworthy is the recurring emphasis on visibility as a deliberate practice rather than louder performance, and the integration of mindset work with tangible wardrobe strategies to help listeners feel seen and magnetically confident.
