This is of the most original pods I’ve ever listened to, and it just gets better and better — S2 was well worth the wait. The story is complex, dealing with oppression and class struggles, death and disease, love and friendship, respect and compassion, family and foes, and so much more. Queen Wanda is HILARIOUS. (Root is also fab.) I really hope there’s a season 3. Bravo Rogue Production team!
I enjoy Windfall. it has the perfect mix of humor, drama and can get dark. I love the characters and how they grow and develop over time. i really like seeing the changes in Wanda as she begins seeing the reality of everything. it's an interesting story and I love it.
The world that has been created in this podcast is mysterious and full of intrigue. The characters become people I care about. The acting is superb as is the sound design. This has easily become my most favorite audio drama of all time. Definitely an 11 out of 10. A lot of fun too! It’s a quasi-cyberpunk story that is a great mix of sci-fi and fantasy. It’s just a wonderful, wonderful, show!!
A really good dystopian sci-fi story that is mostly character-driven. The characters are complex and compelling, and even when you despise some of them, you can still understand their motivations. The world of the podcast seems real, which had me hooked from the first episode.
"Science Fantasy" isn't often my jam, but shows that do it well tend to become favorites of mine. This is one. I love a well-designed world, ya know?
