Crazy fun
Original, Quirky, Engaging and Fun. Also beautifully crafted. The three narrators are outstanding: Their voice work is brilliant, and their timing is flawless. It’s a real treat for the ears. I truly love this podcast.
I’ve used podcasts as background noise while I work but this storytelling had me gripped in its clutches like no other podcast and no work was produced while listening to it (obviously I switched when I listened to it). This was my first sci-fi podcast and it has ruined me for ever finding one as good! So creative, immersive, absurd and down right brilliant!
Okay, so, Midst first. The story is fantastic. It’s engaging, mind-bending, and utterly addicting. The characters felt like real people, making bad (and good) real, human decisions. All in all, the whole show is worth it just for the second-to-last episode. !SPOILERS! UNEND next. It’s… fine? Season 1 is much better than season 2. The characters are good… ish. I love this unique storytelling style so much! And the hosts do an amazing job painting the picture of the story they’re telling i could see it all (un)(fold)!

A science fiction audio drama about a supernatural crew aboard a high-stakes expedition through cosmic frontiers. Across recent episodes, the focus is on balance between exploration and personal dynamics—trust, sacrifice, and the tension between scientific curiosity and existential peril. Production highlights include multiple narrators, rich world-building, sharp humor, and a willingness to push character relationships into morally gray areas, which keeps the storytelling lively and immersive. The show is notable for blending mythic space fantasy with thoughtful interpersonal drama, making it appealing to fans of ambitious, character-driven sci-fi.
