This show is genuinely one of my favourite pieces of media and has some of the best character writing and tropes subversions I’ve seen.
As someone who doesn’t normally get emotional over media, I can say I have cried more times listening to midst and unend than I have at funerals.
This show has genuinely carried me through so much in life. And it’s one of the rare cases where the spin-offs and sequels hit just as hard.

Went from being my favorite pod to… meh. Season 3 has been a rough listen. It feels like the characters have run their course and it may be time for a fresh start. The Midst universe seems like it’s been swallowed by a black hole, so hopefully it comes back as something new and refreshing. Definitely feels like we’ve “jumped the shark” at this point.
