I’ve been in the design field for over 10 years and I rarely ever come across published work that portray designers as genuine people. It’s so refreshing to hear two people talk about design in humble terms. They aren’t trying to be perceived as subject matter experts (though it’s clear that they are.) They’re aware that our industry is one filled with subjectivity, oddities, and asinine rules and trends — they poke fun at it but they don’t belittle the genuine craft and skill.
This podcast is like a casual meet up with a couple good designer friends. Super conversational and fun to listen to while you work!
One episode in and really enjoyed it. I like the idea of book reviews and when you talk about past experiences/stories in the design industry 👍
Love hearing you guys chop it up with the guests. Feels like I’m hanging with some homies and am gaining some good insights along the way. Keep it up, fellas.
It doesn’t matter what your creative energy lies, this podcast is for you. Funny, exciting and I felt I was sitting next to them. I’m excited for future episodes!
