Q: How did your dyslexia influence your career, and how did you end up doing newspaper design and later building Mucho?
He describes how dyslexia gave him a different way of seeing and that early experiences with newspapers taught him the power of storytelling and the necessity of balancing constraints with creativity, which he carried into founding and growing Mucho through international collaboration.
Dare to bring creative poetry to every problem - Pablo Juncadella
Q: Fantastic. I want to know about both sides, because being a dad to a 15-year-old, creativity is still what drives us forward, but our vision can get confused by AI and junior roles. What is it like to be a dad to someone finding their feet?
Pablo explains that you shouldn't impose your own methods on your kids, but you can share a way of thinking that values curiosity and supportive growth, which also applies to mentoring young designers and helping them navigate a fast-changing industry.
Dare to protect your peace - Danielle Weber
Q: Who are you, and how would you introduce yourself to listeners who may not know your work?
Danielle describes herself as a muralist and creative entrepreneur who started painting as a child, built a career around large-scale murals, and later founded The D Collective to support other artists and foster community.
Dare to speak every creative language - Samuel Mensah-Bonsu
Q: How did you navigate the shift from a creative path focused on film and posters to working with global brands and eventually AI-driven products at Microsoft?
Sam describes a non-linear journey where curiosity, a willingness to learn new languages (design, strategy, business), and a drive to give back guided him. He highlights pivotal moves—from AKQA to McKinsey to Microsoft—and the realization that AI could expand imagination while still centering human-centered design.
Dare to not know what you are - Rik Oostenbroek
Q: How would you describe your journey from early digital design to your current practice?
