I came across this podcast and was surprised at how powerful it is. I’ve listened to a few episodes and each are a bit different but the connecting theme is the simplicity. The podcast host has a soothing and grounded voice. The pacing of the affirmations is slow and intentional with each affirmation easy to follow.
