The only real complaint I have is with add placement. Instead of placing ads between chapters or story segments, the ads here occur wherever the editor decides to drop them in. Ads nearly always come in mid-sentence. Most times the story audio does not resume where it was cut off. Some of the story gets lost due to ad insertion.
