I’ve long suspected I have EDS but the quick test doesn’t apply any more (it would have when I was growing up) and I have concerns with getting diagnosed. I’ve been following the Whealth programs for a few years and definitely find that better mobility (being able to control and have strength and solid proprioception) while improving posture are key for avoiding debilitating pain.
