  • Amazingly helpful information about hypermobility and pain

    I’ve long suspected I have EDS but the quick test doesn’t apply any more (it would have when I was growing up) and I have concerns with getting diagnosed. I’ve been following the Whealth programs for a few years and definitely find that better mobility (being able to control and have strength and solid proprioception) while improving posture are key for avoiding debilitating pain. It’s fascinating to connect so many dots like dealing with severe digestive challenges. Mindset around the challeng... more
