Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Benchmarking an AI World ft. Alexandra Mousavizadeh
Q: You mentioned data is at the heart of AI adoption. What other challenges did Evident face with data in the corporate landscape?
She explains data fragmentation in large banks across multiple jurisdictions, the need for proper data labeling and organization, the importance of a data strategy, and how governance and risk systems must adapt to GenAI-specific risk as data foundations scale.
Benchmarking an AI World ft. Alexandra Mousavizadeh
Q: Please tell us more about yourself, your background, and how you came to Evident today.
Alexandra describes her origin in Copenhagen and her path through Denmark to the Moody's sovereign team and Morgan Stanley in London, culminating in leading the Global AI Index and then founding Evident to translate that benchmarking approach to corporate AI adoption.
Co-Producing AI: Building an Augmented, Participatory Future ft. Rashid Mushkani
Q: Could you briefly describe what you mean by co-framing, co-design, and co-implementation in the life cycle, and how participatory methods show up?
Co-framing is about defining the problem with diverse participants; co-design tightens that definition and plans methods; co-implementation is the hands-on building phase where participants may join in implementing outputs, followed by deployment and maintenance to ensure ongoing relevance and adaptation.
That’s the essence of CREATE ft. Jennifer Mankoff & Heather A. Feldner
Q: What challenges do you see with AI in accessibility and how should they be addressed?
AI brings opportunities but also biases and privacy concerns; responsible use involves transparency, diverse representation in development, safeguarding privacy, and maintaining human-centered design where disabled people remain in leadership roles.
