    Nathan talks about social media like a hipster know-it-all. I couldn't make it half way through any of the episodes because of Nathan's smug attitude towards other brands and their social media managers. Not sure if he's actually studying the research behind these brands or if he's just lucky enough to work for a brand that pays him well enough, but many large brands can't afford to invest in social media managers or full-time consulting firms.
