I started listening to this podcast 2ish years ago. The life updates were fine. They felt somewhat relevant, short and mostly to the point. Now the life updates are basically the whole episode. I skip the majority of the episode just to get to the actual content that relates to the title. The incessant life updates feel like I’m third wheeling a conversation I’m not supposed to be apart of. Like please catch each other up on your lives on your own personal time & not on the podcast.
um i just stumbled upon the fact that there are so many angry listeners and 1 star reviews from this year??? are yall ok? the ppl who “don’t want life updates” and just want to hear submissions…. just get on tik tok my loves idk.. this is their podcast and i think 99% of us listen for them!! not the stories?? like huh. also i know all of us skip through ads anyway heaven forbid you have to click the button twice more? anyways more life updates and make it all longer❤️
Less stories please. Stories written in are often really cringey and sound juvenile like high schoolers or 21 year olds. I’ve listened since the beginning and am the same age as Chelsey/jaci and seem like their podcast hasn’t grown up with them. Maturity of the stories doesn’t match
Love!

I love how they balance lighthearted fun with deeper conversations that actually make you think. This show never fails to put me in a better mood, and it’s the one podcast I look forward to... more
