  • This podcast is incredible

I’ve been struggling for the past few months because national politics are too overwhelming and depressing. I also realized I had no idea what the right size “problem” is for local politicians (when candidates ask what I care about, what’s a reasonable sized thing to say? Parks? Child care? • genuinely my favorite podcast

What an absolute delight! Probably mostly because I’m a big ole nerd, I am obsessed with this little recap of local politicking. • FANTASTIC Like Normal Gossip Meets NPR

This show is dryly hilarious and totally essential information. Jill is such a great host so funny, femme, and chatty in a perfect understated way. This is how I want to get all my news. It makes me love our absolutely adequate city of Lansing even more! While feeling like it's possible to have my voice heard. 10/10!
