    Why start out the podcast on STRs by saying you want to tell both sides of the story, but then proceed to *only* interview Lisa Sievers, one of the leaders of the Dallas Short Term Rental Alliance where you failed to fact check any of the “facts” or statistics she offered? She obviously has a self-serving agenda.

    If you really wanted to tell both sides, you would have also interviewed someone from the Dallas Neighborhood Coalition who advocated for the regulations city council passed or an aggr... more
