  • Untapped Area of Convo with Athletes

I have always felt this was a sensitive topic to bring up with athletes b/c it was sensitive for me. But being able to relate to others and discuss my ups and downs of no longer being an athlete in an organized sport will hopefully help the next group have an easier transition. Even better would be to motivate them to work harder.

Well worth a listen as an athlete or if you are close to one.
