  • Meetings

Just FYI, there is such a thing called a daily scrum in the software industry. It’s first thing in the morning, takes less than 10 min, where the scrum master goes around the group (usually many roles) and each person says what they’re working on and what they need from the team. Very useful and short.

  • Snarky

Snarky Millennials who are trying to be funny but aren't. The letters seem made up. The replies are based on the correct 'comeback' couched with please and thank you in a flippant voice. Real etiquette rises above rude behavior rather than seeking to outdo it. These scenarios seem designed to shame and end friendships. Not enjoyable!
