或者如果一下子不能睡著，沒關系，細胞會有這樣一種記憶，

深呼吸三次，眼觀鼻，鼻觀口，口觀心；
從心臟裡慢慢走出一個小人兒，和自己長得一模一樣，這個小人兒走到自己的對面，盤膝而坐；
讓這個小人兒一點點縮小，縮小成手指頭一般小，手指頭一樣的小人兒慢慢走進自己的下丹田；
好好放鬆，小人兒走到後腰尾骨的位置，轉身，一分為二，變成兩個小人兒；
然後小人兒開始慢慢地對著自己的兩個腎呵氣，或是哈氣；
兩個腎逐漸產生兩股熱流，匯集到下丹田的位置，整個帶脈都開始熱了起來；
就定在這個感覺裡面，每天練習5分鐘，再加到10分鐘、15分鐘……

我能明白，這世間最最珍貴的就是自己的那份自由、想活成什麼樣子、好好的愛自己。
我明白所有的那些負債，所有的那些痛苦壓力，都是來提醒我，讓我好好的去愛這份財富的能量。

有一份熱熱的感覺，感覺整個海底輪變得輕盈，恐懼和焦慮開始慢慢的轉化成光。每當你再一次生出恐懼的時候，慢慢的這些光會再一次的照射下來。也許這個過程有一些反複，但當光照下來的次數越來越頻繁的時候，你會發現你能開始和恐懼和平共處，並且他們開始一一的轉化成光。而你猶如一個陌生人一樣，看著那些恐懼好像小孩子在玩玩具一樣，跟你毫無關係。

我允許自己是一個有錢人，我允許自己變得越來越有錢。
我允許自己輕而易舉地變成有錢人，我允許自己不再有受苦的模式。
我允許自己就從此時此刻此地開始成為有錢人。
我從前所有的受苦模式、憤怒模式、悲傷模式，所有的負向模式，我允許他們都一一的轉化成光。
