談到道別的禮物，在前面的季別中，張西談及死亡、金錢與健康，第三季第一集她要談談較少談及的感情的道別。
因為搬家而把所有的東西整理一遍，才發現有些東西早就該淘汰，那些物品或念頭，如果沒有去處理，會不小心傾軋生活而難以自知。
本集張西談及她其中一段伴侶出軌的故事，她如何從否定自己，到讓那些傷害著自己的執著離開手中；以及當活過越多日子，當空間與時間都有限，什麼樣的真心是值得持續放在懷裡的。

【單集簡介】
這是第二季「友誼」的最後一集了。這一季我們採訪了比上一季更多的受訪者，節目也拉的比較長。最一集從前面的集數中整理了從受訪者身上看見的相同和相異的種種。
在徵選故事的表單中，我們看到很多人遇到友誼中「默默就走散」的故事，卻不知道如何消化或應對，所以本集張西亦分享了自己與某個朋友走散了的故事，當作本季的結尾小分享。
再次謝謝本季所有的受訪者，陪著我們細細聊友誼的不同面向，友誼讓我們更了解自己，而透過瞭解自己，我們也成為了另一個人的好朋友。

每一個小故事都忍不住濕了眼眶，要不是旁邊有人大概是會邊聽邊大哭吧。
好喜歡那句「複雜的自己，讓我看出愛的複雜，讓我能認出在許多無解的時刻，愛都存在著。」
不知道為什麼聽完整個系列，這句在腦袋一直被重複著，或許是想起跟家人的相處模式，也或許是想起曾經害怕變得複雜的自己，謝謝西西做了這個單元，邊聽邊被療癒了❤️
