恰巧前陣子在跟妹妹張凱聊我自己的一些小偏執，才發現過去一年，其實我也在跟自己的偏執進行一場無聲的小小道別。
仔細回想，從前偏執是因為結果都在自身可以負擔的範圍，但當遇到無論是情緒還是身心無力負擔的狀況時，原來身邊的大人都給了我許多很好的示範。
當歲月漸增，我們時不時仍會被自己的決定所傷或影響，而當我們能開始分辨「我現在需要的是他人的建議還是安慰」，我想這就是偏執給的禮物。
很高興能用聲音的方式跟大家分享這個小小的生活反思。
