A extraordinary, but likely common family story told from the perspective of one member. I appreciated the care and empathy taken with the subject matter and people affected. A woman lost her family. The reviews here lashing out so harshly against it and her are surprising but also, sadly, not. I hope we can heal.
Most importantly, this is one family”s story. It is also, though, the best exploration I’ve seen of how and why people turned against Covid vaccines. It richly describes the context in which people make decisions about their health.
One of my favorite podcasts. So many complex subjects: family, abuse, Covid, poverty. And love somehow holds it together like baling wire. Kudos to all involved.
And second it’s a fiction in more ways than one. This is pure propaganda. Oh, indeed it is well written, but it’s a fictional story based on a pandemic that was manufactured. Yes, people died. It was a mix of deadly hospital protocols and the lack of early treatments. Incredibly, they managed to smear those who were trying a variety of meds to save lives. This is nothing but cheap propaganda. I would say more, but at this point, who cares? You are either a critical thinker who can spot blatant propaganda, or you aren't, in which case what I say won't matter in how you perceive this podcast.
