  • Relevant & Irreverent 🤍

I love listening to 2 intelligent journalists deconstructing and explaining what is happening in the media landscape, I love the humour and the way that they’re explaining things so that anyone can understand what is happening within the media. A great way to stay up-to-date with important issues! Highly recommend this podcast!

  • A little out of date

Sometimes it shows that the ladies haven’t been in a newsroom for quite awhile, and they can sometimes apply bad faith readings that aren’t accurate and play into people’s distrust of news rather than discuss systemic issues around a 24/7 news cycle, poor pay rates and a lack of resourcing. Still like the podcast, just think there’s more to it sometimes.
