Please change your episode descriptions so I can see at a glance what the episode is about. Currently every description begins with the same sentence that describes the podcast channel focus. I have to click on the description to get past this to see what’s in the actual episode.
I have enjoyed each episode I have listened to, but would like it to be easier to find the episodes I want to listen to.

Such an excellent podcast, providing listeners with small nuggets of valuable information that can help you navigate your way to success.
My only critic would be on the adverts, as most times does not seem well timed and often interrupts guest speakers mid-flow, which unfortunately comes across as slightly more amateur. I also think having adverts right at the beginning can throw first time listeners off.
