I’d like to actually hear what the town is about, but it takes about 5-10 minutes into the podcast to hear anything useful.
I heard Lynne on another travel podcast which led me to her podcast. She covers exactly what I love - hiking/exploring the beautiful spots in Europe. I look forward to all new episodes! Keep ‘em coming Lynne!
This podcast is everything I could want in a travel podcast. Fun, interesting, informational, and helpful. Thank you!!
Always good advice and tips from Lynne. She knows Europe and Travel and Fun.
The benefit of small group travel that she and the guest talked about on the last episode: when you small group travel, you have people working with you and invested to make sure you will have a good time. Not only all the planning, but making sure it goes smoothly and you have a good time. It’s a great perk! Great episode Lynne.
Not sure how I stumbled on this podcast, but it has become a go to for me. Plenty of dream material and realistic, travel planning advice! I would love to hear more on seeing Scotland and Ireland via walking or hiking excursions. My travel group has people who can handle light walks or moderate hiking, and it would be nice to get options for the group. Also comments on accommodations in these two countries – especially in the Highlands and rural counties. Always eager for the next episode!

The show focuses on personalized European travel, prioritizing off-the-beaten-path destinations, slow itineraries, and authentic local experiences. Episodes emphasize practical planning, pacing, walking and local engagement, with host-led guidance and occasional guest insights from regional experts. A standout is its emphasis on tailoring trips to individual interests rather than chasing iconic sites, plus practical tips on transport, budgeting, and sustainable travel. A recurring strength is the host's warm, knowledgeable approach and a clear mission to help listeners design Europe trips that feel thoughtful, doable, and deeply rewarding.
