  • So woke

Female host is so woke and queer discussion is just gross. Yuk!

  • Ethical Trekking Advice

As a native Peruvian it always amuse me the gringos who play the White Saviour role. The lady who wants interviewed kind of understands some issues but of course, she only scratches the surface. She may have good intentions but I wonder if, as many white people, she wants to satisfy an unconscious need to feel better with herself. She mentioned she was afraid to be offensive to Peruvian nationals, well she didn’t offend me, she annoyed me.

  • Not for me

I specifically chose the episode about the West Highland Way to find out more information for an upcoming trip but after listening to the first 20 minutes I had heard nothing about it. Also I’ve never heard so many “so like you knows” in my life, to the point that it became distracting and that’s all I could hear!

Give Yourself Permission to Choose Differently: Jason Moore on the My Most Authentic Life Podcast
Q: What is your definition of authenticity?
Authenticity is a feeling of alignment, where your daily choices reflect your core values, your environment supports who you are becoming, and you feel true to yourself even as you evolve over time.
Give Yourself Permission to Choose Differently: Jason Moore on the My Most Authentic Life Podcast
Q: What is the hardest truth you've learned about yourself on this journey?
The hardest truth is recognizing that living unconventionally means you often act without a clear, forward-looking plan and that you sometimes jump in too quickly; balancing forward thinking with action is something I continue to work on.
Give Yourself Permission to Choose Differently: Jason Moore on the My Most Authentic Life Podcast
Q: What is the biggest gift you've discovered about yourself on this journey?
The biggest gift is realizing that, above all, you can trust that things will be okay—failing or heartbreak will not define you, and the journey itself can be a source of resilience and growth.
Authentic Brazil: Off-the-Beaten-Path Adventure Travel with Gift of Go
Q: What should first-time visitors know about Brazil and this region?
Understand that Brazil is vast and region-focused travel matters. Minas Gerais offers unique biomes, cuisine, and hospitality, with limited English and infrastructure in some areas, so travelers should be prepared, flexible, and open to new experiences and languages.
Authentic Brazil: Off-the-Beaten-Path Adventure Travel with Gift of Go
Q: What makes their trips different from typical tours?
Trips are built around deep experiences—multi-day treks along historic trails, stays with locals in villages and estancias, and a focus on authentic cultural interactions rather than mass-tourism staples. Group sizes are deliberately small (two to eight) to maximize immersion and connection with the region.
