Trying to not sound mean but this is genuinely the worst wellness adjacent podcast i’ve ever listened to :( Really annoyed about it because i am perfect target audience and super interested in all things wellness/science/health as well as politics / feminism / sociology. This podcast manages to do none of it properly :( I really enjoy Kate’s short form (tiktok) content but this is unlistenable - she doesn’t have the charisma or scientific expertise to do a podcast that claims to be combatting th... more
I messaged the host asking her to address the prevalence of AI products advertised in every episode. By the time the next episode dropped, she had addressed me directly, her producers, and her entire audience. She strongly condemned AI from a feminist and public health lens. I’m proud to support creators moving with this kind of intention. So gratef... more

I’m so glad this podcast is back- I enjoyed the OG but I’m loving the reboot even more. The timing couldn’t be better; I’m loving that Kate is all in talking politics
Kate is so smart and thoughtful. You can tell she puts a lot of time into her research and really cares about these topics. Really excited for all of the topics Kate plans to dive into on the new pod. Five stars.
