  • Skip to when it starts. Then it’s worth it.

  • If you guys could only hear me chiming in...

I'm still new here but you have my attention. I talk to you while I drive, I yelled what about "Jazz Samba"('62) and "Take Five"('59). I went back and listened through Fionas recordings to prep. I've been needing new music for a while too and this is a great place to go for that. Thanks.

My musical education and library has grown this past year because of this podcast and I am looking forward to the coming second season!

  • 5 stars are never enough

Like a great cocktail, VCV’s magic is in its simplicity. Colloquial, engaging, educated discussions that get to the meat of albums in almost every genre. I’ve been enthralled by every episode; more often for the subject matter of albums and musicians I know and love or discovering those I’ve never heard of, BUT sometimes for catching the slurring of their words late in the episode, having gleaned the answer to their most important question of the night (“what are you drinking?”) early on.
